Delay Spray vs Delay Cream — Which Is Better?
Both delay spray and delay cream aim to do the same thing — reduce sensitivity to help with control and timing. The difference comes down to format, absorption, and how your skin reacts.
Delay Spray
Sprays absorb faster and are easier to apply precisely. They're a good choice if you want quick application with minimal mess. The trade-off is that it's easier to apply slightly more than intended, since it's harder to control the exact amount with a spray nozzle.
Delay Cream
Creams allow more controlled, even application, which makes them a better option for men with sensitive skin. They typically take a little longer to absorb than sprays, so plan for a slightly longer wait before use.
Which should you choose?
If you want fast application and don't have sensitive skin, a spray is usually the more convenient option. If you've had irritation with sprays before, or prefer more control over the amount applied, a cream is worth trying instead.
